The night starts with a sampling of our tapas while you enjoy our tropical and festive atmosphere. You will then taste a hand-picked flight of rum that showcases the spirit's versatility and complex flavors, a variety of tasty ceviches and cocktails (all using different types of rums) - including our signature classic mojito.
